Q. How do I return an item?
A. Procedure for RMAs:
- Contact Hagiwara Sys-Com or local representative.
- Explain/Describe the issue(s) you are experiencing.
- Hagiwara Sys-Com will work with you to determine the possible cause of the issue.
- If necessary, Hagiwara Sys-Com will determine whether the device needs to be returned for further analysis by Hagiwara engineers.
